Reactive 24 Hour Maintenance: We have a reactive 24 hour a day maintenance team on hand to resolve any urgent issues quickly.

Extensive Marketing across various online platforms channels including on the ground marketing.

Staging: All of our properties are staged with professional in-house photos for use in marketing if required.

Quarterly Inspections: Checks are carried out on smoke alarms and that the property is being maintained by the tenants.

Compliance: Compliance is constantly evolving and changing for HMO's. We keep every property compliant, organising certificate renewals, and keeping up to date with legislation. EPC's 2025, Carbon Monoxide etc.

Utility Bill Management: Heating controls and boiler systems checked every month. 

Fair Usage: Clauses are included in all of our contracts, if a property goes over its fair usage, we will pursue the additional amount.


Arrears: A 4 step process is in place to handle any tenant arrears, including house visits and compliant debt collection agency free of charge.

Tenant Disputes: All of the day to day running of your property is covered. If there is an issue between housemates.
