Landlord Wi-Fi

We are currently receiving a high volume of calls regarding internet not working properly from properties across the City. This maybe due to City Fibre works being carried out or faults on the line.

The solution is to provide Houseshare Heroes with your log in details with your provider so we can contact them on your behalf. This information will not be shared with the tenants. We may have to charge for this service depending on how long it takes us to resolve the problem with your provider. Alternatively we can pass on any faults to yourself to resolve directly with your provider.
