Properties must be in student catchment area for University (to be discussed).

Offer subject to a 24-month contract with exclusivity of marketing for academic year 2024/25 

Management fee: 10 + VAT after first academic year. July 2024 onwards.

Register before December 31st 2022.

 

We will run at a loss on 5% + VAT and we have factored this in in our business model.

 

However we are so confident in the difference you will see in the level of management that you will never look back.
