No-one likes to pay fees. That's why at Houseshare Heroes we do not charge any tenancy or referencing fees.
However, if something outside of our usual process is to occur such as losing your keys or being locked out, we will have to charge for our addition time and costs.

Tenant Fees.
Application Fee: Non. Replacement Key: Locking system and key dependent. Replacement key charged range £25.00 - £45.00 per key. Withdrawal from tenancy: £100.00 + VAT administration fee. Lockout call out charge (during working hours): £25 + VAT. Lockouts out of hours (5.30pm onwards) £50.00 + VAT contractor call out charge. Interest charged 3% APR on outstanding debts. Contract variation: £50 + VAT per person. Deposit: £450.00 without guarantor or 5 weeks rent (whichever is less). £250.00 with UK based guarantor. Deposit return if you provide misleading information or do not meet referencing requirements fee: £25 + VAT. See HERE for more information on requirement to pass referencing.
