• We ask all applicants to provide original identification and immigration documents, such as a valid passport, visa, or residence permit.

• Where required, we conduct an online Home Office Right to Rent check.

• Copies of all documents are securely stored in line with data protection regulations.

These checks must be completed before keys are handed over, ensuring every tenancy starts legally, safely, and with complete transparency for both tenants and landlords.
