We have a wide range of in house contractors that are capable of fixing any maintenance problems for you, from the smallest of jobs, from replacing light bulbs, unblocking toilets or fixing broken curtain rails, up to fixing roofs, replacing boilers and replacing windows. If its property maintenance related we have a dedicated reactive team of tradesman on hand to fix any problems that may arise.
From running our portfolios of HMO's we understand that not having a working washing machine or working light bulb can seem like a matter of life and death for some tenants which is why we brought it all in house to ensure these sorts of jobs were resolved as fast as possible to keep our tenants happy and therefore stay in tenancy longer.
Have you ever experienced booking a tradesman to resolve a problem, then telling the tenant it will be fixed on a certain date and time, for that tradesman to not to turn up on time or even turn up at all? The person that then gets all the grief is you, even though you have tried to resolve it for them as quick as possible.
